Tire & Wheel Balancing
Tire & Wheel Balancing is a must for a smooth and stable ride, years of experience give us insight into the issues others may overlook. Tires that are not properly balanced may cause it to hop or wobble, which can cause ride disturbances. It can also result in a wobbling of the steering wheel or of the entire vehicle.
The ride disturbance, due to unbalance, usually increases with speed. When tires are fitted to wheels at the by Cocoa Quality Tire, they are measured on a tire “balancing machine” and correction weights are applied to counteract the combined effect of the tire and wheel unbalance. After 300 to 5000 miles tires may be rebalanced if driver perceives excessive vibration.
What is included in our Tire & Wheel Balancing Service:
- Remove the old tires
- Mount and seal the tires (If you are purchasing tires)
- Inflate and “balance” each tire
